A teenager is receiving treatment after been stabbed in Newcastle.
It happened around midday yesterday (Wednesday 8th June) when a 19 year old man was leaving Summerhill Park.
He was approached by two men who asked him if he had any money and then assaulted him.
The victim suffered a puncture wound to his leg during the attack.
He was treated by paramedics before attending the RVI for further treatment.
The attackers are described as –
- Male 1:
White, mid 20’s, skinny build, tanned skin, 6ft tall with dark brown messy hair 4-5 inches in length. Dark stubble, wearing a plain black t-shirt, dark bottoms. - Male 2:
White, 23yrs, athletic build, 5’9”-5’10”, short dark brown hair (short back and sides style), wearing a black jacket.
