Great North Run Memories – 2018

Participants of this year’s Great North Run have been sharing their memories of the run with students.

The event, beginning in Newcastle and concluding in South Shields, has taken place every year since 1981. This year’s run is thought to have involved over 43,000 people.

The 39th edition of the race will take place in 2019 on Sunday, the 8th of September.
