We have 10 letting bedrooms and we are about 150m from the seafront. We also provide breakfast, though we do offer a reduced rate if the guest does not want breakfast, because not everyone wants one. ‘’
Grant Pearson, the owner of the Lemonfield Guest House said: ‘’We took over the hotel in 2014. We have 11 bedrooms with full capacity of 22 people. We are 200 yards from the sea.’’
