From spot rabbit hops to intense dabbing, there are a growing number of bizarre exercise techniques being shared on social media.
As part of World day for Physical Activity, our SR News reporters have taken some of the strangest methods and turned them into a short Tabata workout routine.
Tabata workouts include 20 seconds of activity followed by ten seconds of rest, performed eight times within four minutes.
The four exercises selected for the video are the one-legged Kangaroo hop, intense dabbing, swinging arms and on the spot rabbit hop.
Started by organisation Agito Mundo, World Day of Physical Activity aims to promote fitness around the world.
The organisation is part of the Scottish Physical Activity and Health Alliance.
