BREAKING: Roosh V cancels Return of the Kings event in Newcastle

Roosh V has canceled his Return of the Kings event in Newcastle.

The event was due to take place on February 6, with a meetup at Greys Monument in the city centre.

Roosh V, who’s real name is Daryush Valizadeh, wrote on his blog:

“I can no longer guarantee the safety or privacy of the men who want to attend on February 6, especially since most of the meetups can not be made private in time. While I can’t stop men who want to continue meeting in private groups, there will be no official Return Of Kings meetups. The listing page has been scrubbed of all locations. I apologize to all the supporters who are let down by my decision.”

A protest called “Get To Monument” was set up for the event.

The event had sparked outrage from various people in the area.

Police and Crime Commissioner, Vera Baird wrote a letter to the Home Secretary, Theresa May calling for a ban on him entering the country.
