Bradley Lowery’s mum to take a skydive for her son’s seventh birthday

The mother of tragic Bradley Lowery will be making what would’ve been his seventh birthday by doing a charity skydive.

Gemma Lowery has already raised six times than what she expected with £6,578 donated by the public through the JustGiving page – smashing her original target of £1,000.

The charity event will take place at the Shotton Airfield in County Durham tomorrow.

She will be joined by Rachel Calvert, girlfriend of professional footballer at AFC Bournemouth, Jermain Defoe. The ex Sunderland AFC footballer remained close to Bradley and his family.

Bradley Lowery lost his battle to neuroblastoma and passed away on July 7, 2017.

Lowery’s  The Bradley Lowery Foundation was set up by Bradley’s parents, Gemma and Carl Lowery.

The money raised from the skydive will be used by the charity to give hope to support other children who are also battling other forms of cancer.
