A competition to find the UK’s next swimwear superstar is being held in a bar in Newcastle.
Miss Swimsuit UK will be running the competition at Bonbar Newcastle which will see 20 aspiring models battle it out to gain a place in the final on September 28th.
This is the fourth year of the competition which sees the initial heats being held in cities all over the UK.
Judging the event will be ITV2’s Love Island stars Katie Salmon, Jessica Hayes and Emma Jane Woodhams and MTV’s Ex On The Beach Stars Rogan O’Connor, Chet Johnson, Helen Briggs, Zara Lena, Charlotte Dawson and Ashleigh Defty.
Verena Twigg, founder of Miss Swimsuit UK, will be co-hosting the event alongside Capital North East Presenter Martin Lowes.
She said: “We are really looking forward to seeing the talent that Newcastle has to offer, and I can’t wait to meet in person the city’s aspiring models who believe they have what it takes to become the next Miss Swimsuit UK.”
The event starts at 9pm and will run until 11:30pm on March 30, 2017. Limited tickets are still available online.
