The Happy Mondays have been announced as Saturday night headliners for next years Sunniside Live festival.
Set to take place in July, the Happy Mondays are closing the two day festival on Saturday, July 8.
The festival has been running for three years now but this is the first year where it will take place for more than one day!
Also confirmed for the festival is M People’s Heather Small, with more acts set to be announced in the coming weeks.
Organiser, Helen Davies has said that they are “thrilled to confirm the Happy Mondays” to headline the closing night of the festival!
When addressing the festival as a whole, fellow organiser, Sean Maddison has said, ““We have taken on board the feedback from last year and there will definitely be more bars and a larger VIP area”
Following on in the tradition of previous years, live music will run from the afternoon through to the evening on both days!
The full line-up is due to be announced soon and early bird tickets are on sale now for as little as £14 for a Friday ticket, £18 for a Saturday ticket or you can get a weekend ticket for £28. Once these early bird tickets are gone the prices will rise so grab them while you can!
