Trial Shift: Bringing pop-up restaurants and street food to the North East

Pop-up restaurants and street food are arguably more associated with the South than any other region in the UK, but two world-class chefs are now bringing their experimental food to the North-East.

Tom Anglesea and Shaun Hurrell, Trial Shift, toured the North-East last year, showcasing an inspirational selection of food.

Tom Anglesea, co-owner of Trial Shift, has said: “Our whole philosophy behind this is just to work together and create the kind of food we want to cook without having the restrictions of a kitchen”.
