Sunderland goalkeeper Rachael Laws has been called up as a replacement for Siobhan Chamberlain for England’s Euro 2017 qualifying double header.

Ms Chamberlain has withdrawn from the England Women’s squad due to a knee injury.

She said on Twitter:

England face Belgium at the New York Stadium in Rotherham on Friday, April 8.

The match kicks off at 7.55pm.

The squad will then travel to Zeneca to play Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday, April 12 at the NFSiB (3pm KO BST).

England have a 100 per cent record in their qualifying campaign so far, winning two from two.

Tickets for the Belgium game are priced £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.

A family ticket (two adults and two children) priced £10 is also available.

Rachael Laws and Siobhan Chamberlain have both been contacted for a formal comment.
