Police appeal after South Tyneside teen goes missing

Police are appealing for help in tracing a missing teenager from South Tyneside.

Mark Miller, aged 14, from Ebor Street in South Shields, has not been seen since Monday, June 1, at Park View School.

He is described as white, medium build, 5 feet 6″ tall, with short brown hair.

When he was last seen, he was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, black fleece jacket and blue and yellow Adidas trainers.

Police are concerned for his welfare and are carrying out enquiries to locate Mark.

It is believed he may be sleeping rough in the South Tyneside area.

Officers are appealing for Mark to make contact with them, or anyone who recognises him to call police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 101 ext 69191 quoting reference number M003540/15 or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
