Police are keen to speak to a man following an incident at Mowbray Park in Sunderland.
At about 5pm on Tuesday, May 26, a two-year-old child was on a roundabout ride at Mowbray Park, when an unknown man approached the roundabout and spun the roundabout fast.
It caused the toddler to fall and the man then went to pick the child up.
The teenage older sister of the child then ran over to help her baby sister and the man walked off.
Police would like to speak to the man, as he may have information that could help police with their enquiries.
The man is described as black, in his 30s, taller than 5ft 10 and of stocky build.
He has black long curly hair, on top with short back and sides, and was wearing a black bomber jacket.
Extra officers are in the area to provide reassurance and carry out further enquiries.
