Disney will be present at the Sunderland International Airshow this month, and they’re bringing a special fire truck with them.
Ahead of Planes 2: Fire & Rescue releasing in cinemas on 8th August, Disney will be attending the Sunderland International Airshow on 26 – 27 July, accompanied by a fully interactive fire truck. The truck will allow children to explore the interior of a fire engine which will have on board interactive screen playing brand new clips from the film.
Visitors will also get the chance to experience a fully interactive game where they will fly as characters Dusty and Dipper, and help protect the National Park, extinguishing fires as airborne fire fighters.
Alongside the truck there will be fun and games: a Water Blaster Game and a fireman’s fancy-dress timed challenge, all overseen by real fireman who can explain the importance of fire safety and give a real insight into the bravery of firemen.
Planes 2: Fire & Rescue is a new adventure-comedy about a dynamic crew of elite firefighting aircraft devoted to protecting historic Piston Peak National Park from raging wildfire. A special preview of the film, which is released on August 8, will be shown at the airshow.
