The Brasserie at the National Glass Centre has launched its Spring menu.
Diners can choose from a range of salads, such as crispy goat’s cheese with walnut dressing, as well as larger seafood and ploughman’s platters designed for two people to share.
Hot and cold sandwiches and an under-12s menu are also available.
The Brasserie’s chef Patrick Lesca said: “We simply couldn’t wait to introduce these new dishes to diners at National Glass Centre Brasserie.
“We’ve tried to use as many seasonal and locally sourced produce as possible and hope that visitors will enjoy this taste of spring now, and in the months to come.”
The Brasserie is open daily from 10am until 5pm.
Breakfast is served until 11:30am, and afternoon tea is available from 2:30pm until 4:30pm.
